Purifying Meditationby Sylvia Browne
The weeds keep multiplying in our garden, which is our mind ruled by fear. Rip them out and call them by name. The illnesses, the rejections, the defamations, the injustices, the aloneness, all the "I should haves" and "I didn't do's. " Pull out: bad mother roots, bad father, not a good enough wife, husband, worker. Pull them out. They are so invalid anyway. Plant now the roses of Hope, Love, Promise, God Consciousness, and the Glory of your Soul. In place of the ugly weeds of fear, the red and yellow roses start growing in great profusion. At one point, Jesus was called "The Rose." That is where the Rosicrucians got their name, the Society of the Rose Cross. When you're planting these roses, you're planting the symbol of Jesus. They grow in your heart, thornless and beautiful. The scent is heady. Now, you must tend this garden, because weeds grow daily, sometimes faster, because we're in a negative environment. But ask that if you should leave it unattended, your guides are put in charge. Put the Holy Spirit in charge. You'll get back to it, but it's nice to know that you have helpers there. Feel your soul begin to rise up and magnify the Lord. Feel it rise. Feel the celebration within your heart; pull out all the pain. Feel the peace. Feel the hope. Feel the wellness and the inspiration. Whenever anyone hurts you, visualize that feeling right in the middle of your solar plexus as a brilliant, huge, beautiful pink rose. Make this rose a symbol of your God Consciousness. Cement your aura around you, white, gold, and purple lights sealing it. Nothing will harm you. No one can implant negativity. You are totally insulated. We are all linking together, creating a garland of roses. All of us are adding to each other's magnificent flower garden as a celebration to God. We're saying, "God, I'm here before you today. I'm clean, pure of soul, clear of vision, clean of mind, and strong in my soul and judgment. " Become a prophet of good will; say to yourself, "I will go out and prophesize to make people free of guilt and fear and trepidation. I can come to you, God, without all the chains of fear. Unfettered, in a true heart, in a loving manner, to be myself. I am what I am. I am who I am." Feel the grace now cascading over you. Take a deep breath and bring yourself up, all the way up, feeling absolutely marvelous. This is your communion with God.
