InnerSelf can ship to virtually any address in the world. The majority of the shipping is done through the US postal system, however, you do have certain other options when you place your order.

Delivery Time

We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in Your Account.

Calculating Cost

We use a weight based shipping method. Your shipping costs depend upon the weight of the items and shipping options you choose.

If for some reason we are unable to ship all items in an order , we will typically ship those items available now and then ship the remaining items when available without additional shipping charge.
