The Woman That I Am

I am thee, the woman that I am,

filled with hidden treasures

that the unseeing eye,

simply does not see...

I am thee, the woman that I am,

a spiral of inner twining emotions,

flowing effortlessly...

A surge of passion that sweeps through my being

reminiscent of a strong gust of wind

that threatens to be free,

free to roam, free to grow, free to bloom...

I am thee, the woman that I am,

woe unto me for I am the beginning,

life comes through me.

Cherish me, caress me, treat me like a queen

and in return you will receive love,

a love that's quite supreme....

Encourage my gentleness, inspire my touch,

travel beyond the physical and mirror my soul,

step into my darkness

and there you will discover the light...

You will begin to sense the likeness

and you will find that it feels just right...

For I am thee, the woman that I am...
