It’s clear from all of the information that’s out there that the 2012 era will be one of great change. The physics and the astrology say we are going to become even more polarized. We are here, all of us, in this time, to take sides.
And by the way, it’s too late to shirk your responsibility. By even picking up this book [or reading this online], you have already voted. You have decided to be one of the awakened ones. You have chosen to participate.
What you are here to do is make a difference, not just for yourself, but for others. And, keep in mind that when you go down this path, there will be no glory, no reward. You will get no credit for your selfless participation in saving the planet. All you will get is ridicule from the sleeping ones when they lump you in with all the doomsayers and nothing really bad happens. It sucks, but it’s what each of us has Chosen.
Keep in mind that one or even several of the physical catastrophe scenarios could still happen. See, we are the wildcard. We have been taught, brainwashed even, to believe that the apocalypse, the time of sweeping change, is something that happens to us, rather than something we actively participate in.
That is where I believe so much of the 2012 thinking has gone awry. It’s not this specific scenario or that kind of disaster we have to worry about, it’s our own Choice in the little matter of our own future.
As the Mayan prophecies state, we will all have to face our personal Hall of Mirrors, where we must confront our own Choices and conduct and, I suspect, pass judgment on ourselves....
So how do we do this? If it is true that we get to participate in the End of the World as we know it, how do we do so?
That’s easy. All we have to do is ask ourselves. To my mind, this comes down to only two very simple questions: Who are you? And what do you want?
What I think is that the vast, vast majority of us have come here to learn to be good. To leave this life closer to the Maker than when we arrived.
And in the course of that journey, if I decided, on a spirit level, that I had to earn my fortune, then no matter how much I prayed to God or Great Spirit or the Universe to win the lottery, it isn’t going to happen. That would be at cross purposes with my life lesson. So my first task is to learn who I am before I can set about the task of following the path I agreed to before I came here.
God is not a vending machine. God is something you have to live and breathe every day, and take with you out into the world. It is by doing that, by looking for ways to help others, by responding to honest requests for assistance that you will find out just how much giving there really is in you. You will come to know yourself. And once you know that, you can answer the second question: What do you want?
If you want a world without war, don’t protest against war. Rally for peace. Sometimes wars are necessary. They are! World War II was a prime example. There is true evil in this world. And yes, while it’s true that if God created goodness he must also have created evil, it is still evil. It still intends to harm you and those you love. It still intends to deceive you with material pleasures, to tempt you into turning away from God.
Evil wants us to make the same Choice that the other three Worlds the Hopi speak of did. It wants us to stay down here in the netherworlds with it, in these lower vibrations, because it is lonely and desperate.
So sometimes you have to oppose evil, no matter how much you dislike war. God won’t do it for you. He can’t. Has his own Prime Directive. Like on Star Trek; he can’t intervene. We have to. We have to Choose good over evil.
So think about what you want, truly and deeply and in your heart and soul, for the world around you. If you don’t like commerce, don’t ask for something different, ask for a world of greater abundance and generosity, with less suffering and material envy. Let the Universe decide how to give it to you.
But keep in mind, something is going to happen in the next few years. Something profound and different. There are far too many astronomical coincidences in 2010 to 2012 for nothing at all to happen.
We have several key pressure points in the system leading up to 2012. By the time you read this, several of them will have already passed. The sixth night of the Mayan Calendar ends (and the seventh day begins) on November 2, 2010. Just a bit after that, we have the winter solstice eclipse of 2010, just 2 years to the day before the Long Count runs out.
But there is still time. We have the end of the Aztec calendar cycle on October 11, 2011. Then the 2011 winter solstice, the May 2012 Mt. Shasta eclipse, the 2012 Venus transit and the November 2012 eclipse occur in rapid succession. Finally, the Long Count ends on December 21, 2012. By that time, I believe we will have set the intent of the planet for the next Age. We just have to decide. You have to decide.
So who are you? And what do you want?
I can’t wait to hear what your answer is.
