Orange Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tsp butter
  • 2 Tsp orange juice concentrate
  • 1/5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

1.  Steam carrots. In a skillet, melt butter, then add juice, cinnamon, salt and honey. Stir well, then stir in drained carrots till coated and heated through.
