I get out of fear and return to gratefulness.

Life happens, and you are bound to experience feeling angry, anxious, judgmental, accusatory, and all the other faces that fear wears during your day. These feelings are all part of being human. 

Feelings have a profound impact on your body’s ability to function and your ability to think clearly. Furthermore, just ten minutes of feeling fear can depress your immune response for six hours. 

Being stressed is actually a fear state. When stressed, your body produces different hormones from those during periods of inner harmony. However, you don’t have to stay stuck in them or suffer the physical effects that they can cause. It is possible to learn how to get out of fear states and return to gratefulness.

As I've mentioned before, one of my favorite mantras or affirmations is I AM SAFE. This automatically moves me into gratitude for my safety and protection, and out of the fearful mind state. Keep in mind, an affirmation is not a one time solution, it gets to be repeated "as needed".
