InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

December 13, 2023

The focus for today is:

My beliefs, energies, and thoughts have a ripple effect.

Today's inspiration was written by Jacqueline Heller, MD:

Carl Jung described the “collective unconscious” of human beings; the idea is that we are all unconsciously yet truly connected. We do not necessarily see the impact on each other—how our beliefs, energies, and thoughts affect each other. But they do have a ripple effect.

This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of being aware that energy has a ripple effect.

Comment from Marie:
We've probably all experienced it. We get up feeling good, and then someone during our morning affects us with their mood and all of a sudden we are feeling moody, or angry, or whatever. However, once we are aware of the affect of the energy of others on our energy, we can make a choice of which energy we want to carry with us... and thus ripple out a different vibe.

Our focus for today: My beliefs, energies, and thoughts have a ripple effect.
