Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your Inner Self.

Like the tides that ebb and flow, the moon that wanes and waxes, we humans also have our ups and downs. However, the more conscious and aware we become, we discover that the moments of joy are smoother and more constant and the downs are not "deal-breakers". The good news is that we can control some things in this world... our own attitudes, moods, and choices.

This week our authors help up gain the strength and vision needed to create a life where we experience joy and fulfillment on a daily basis, rather than a constant search for that elusive butterfly called happiness. That constant of well-being is found by first answering this question: What Is Living Consciously and How Is It Done? and also, Is It Possible To Be Aware and Not Stressed Out? Of course, there are times when we are faced with life challenges no matter how aware or conscious we've been.
