Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
We all yearn for happiness, joy, health, love... all those wonderful blessings that are attainable on Planet Earth. Yet, so many of us are lacking one or many of those experiences. It's easy, and often almost innate, to blame others for our problems, and of course many times there are a lot of external influences that make our journey more stressful and more challenging. However, the only way to amend our own life situation is for us to take charge of our life... to accept responsibility for what comes next... and to make changes in ourselves as well as in the world around us.
This week, as with every week, we bring you articles to assist you on your path. We all need a friend, a guide, a teacher, a mentor, and they are available in many places... in animals, in our own mind, in facing our fears, in travelling in time through our memories, daydreams, and in dreaming the future.
The answers are all around us, but they are mostly within us... because even when we discover a new teaching, a new method, a new thought in the outside world, we need to validate it with our own inner being to see if it applies to us, if it is to be part of our journey. The articles we offer you on InnerSelf are intended to assist you in that quest.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
