Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

There is an innate balance in life... night and day, sun and clouds, or sun and rain. And in our own lives, we also seek, and hopefully create, balance... between work and play, alone time and communal time, joy and contemplation, being energetic or being at rest... and on and on. However, when things are drastically out of balance, problems occur... whether in nature with droughts and floods, or within our own relationships between males and females, or children and parents, employer and employee, etc.

Personal balance can be equated to peace of mind. When things in our life are in balance, we are at peace and our mind is not churning trying to control things or people... This week we bring you articles to assist you in your quest for inner peace and outer balance... in yourself, your relationships, and in life itself. Attaining balance in all aspects of our life is a challenge and one that is continually in flux, yet it's a place we may choose to visit more often... that inner state of peace, joy, and harmony.
