Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

It might be nice if life came with a manual. This "manual of life" would provide the specifications of the human body and mind, as well as advice on how to maintain the body and extend its life in an optimal fashion. It would also have the best ways to attain peace and live in harmony within ourselves and with others. But life doesn't come with a manual. And even if it did... some of us (most of us?) don't bother to read manuals from cover to cover anyway.

So since a manual is not provided, we must create our own. Not a written one perhaps, but more of an internal tome where we accumulate information gathered from various sources, as well as guidance received from our own inner wisdom. So, maybe we do have a manual... it's just not in a printed format, but more of an audible format if we choose to tune in to that channel and listen. And we do have access to internally "download" information and guidance when we get centered and quiet.

This week, as usual, we bring you articles selected with you in mind to help enhance your experience of life in the present as well as in the future. You may choose to add some of these articles to your "inner manual" for reference as you go along on your journey of life.

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Please visit our YouTube channel and subscribe. Thank you.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
