Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

Perhaps one of the shortcomings of humans, and humanity as a whole, is our shortsightedness. We only see what we know, we tend to only believe what we have been taught, and we usually only defend what we have become accustomed to having or believing. However as master Shakespeare wisely wrote in Hamlet: “There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

It is important to expand the scope of our knowledge, of our beliefs, of our opinions. The more open we are to other perspectives, the more we are able to finding a new, and perhaps better way, of living. Here, at InnerSelf.com, we strive to bring you articles that expand consciousness on all levels... the physical, dealing with health, the environment, the planet; the spiritual, dealing with our own connection to life itself, to other humans, and to our inner guidance; and planetary, dealing with such challenges as climate change, inequality, etc.

This week, as usual, we bring you a smorgasbord of articles with the goal of uplifting, enlightening, informing, and offering wisdom that you can apply to your life and your world.

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Please visit our YouTube channel and subscribe. Thank you.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
