InnerSelf Newsletter: May 15th, 2016

May 15th, 2016

Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your Inner Self.

This week we look at your personal dream, vision, or plan for happiness. You are probably familiar with the Martin Luther King Jr's famous I Have A Dream speech, even if you don't live in the USA. However, each one of us also has our own personal dream for our future. While your dream may not be as universal as Dr. King's was, your vision is nevertheless very important for your own personal health and well-being... and even for the health and well-being of those close to you.

This week we look at why that is so important. Noelle Sterne writes I Dare to Dream and I Deserve My Dream. Cara Bradley reminds us of the importance of being Fully Alive: Seeing Life in High Definition, and Jude Bijou explains The Merits of Focusing on the Bright Side. Barbara Berger assists you in finding ways to make your dream come true by Plugging Into Your True Power Through Silence.

We also bring you a new author this week who shares a  message from, and perspective of, the afterlife in Suicide and the Afterlife According to Janelle. And of course, as usual, we have numerous additional articles focusing on all kinds of topics from education, climate change, health, diet, pain control, internet usage, and yes, even the g-spot. Scroll down below for the link to these articles and many more.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, and loving week.

The Merits of Focusing on the Bright SideHave you become a wet blanket, failing to acknowledge what's working or punishing others when they say or do things you don't like? The "Living in Harmony" section includes articles on Health & Well-Being, Home & Garden, Pets, Leisure & Creativity, Finance & Careers, and Science and Technology.

The "Personal Development" area covers Attitude Adjustments (which includes Fear, Anger, Gratitude, Forgiveness), Relationships & Parenting, Spirituality & Mindfulness (including Meditation), Intuition & Awareness (including astrology), and Happiness & Success.

"Social & Political" covers topics that affect us personally yet deal with a more "societal" or "political" sphere. This area covers Environment & Climate, Democracy, Justice, Inequality, Economy, and more. These topics are very relevant for our communal journey on Planet Earth.
