Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

Sometimes we may feel like our life, or even we ourselves, are all tied up in a knot. Things don't seem to be flowing, we seem to be stuck. One thing we can be sure of is that when we have this feeling, this is a way that Life is slowing us down to take a look at ourselves and at our life -- and possibly give us the opportunity to see where changes need to be made so we can become untied and more in harmony with Life itself (which of course includes everyone and everything).

This week we look at some ways that we might be stuck (all tied up in a knot) and then how to become unstuck... whether in our attitudes, our beliefs, our fears, our addictions (or you might think of them as things you really really like or as preferences), at things we can do to repair our relationships, our health, our methods of communicating, etc.

The good news is that whatever is off-kilter in our life (or in the world), it can be untied, sorted out, and restored to harmony and balance. We first have to acknowledge the problem, and then search within our mind and heart for the solution that will best serve the Greater Good. The answer is always there when we choose to look... seek and ye shall find.

That is what this section At The Brink does: shed light on issues that are urgent for humanity and the planet.
