InnerSelf Newsletter: November 19th, 2017

Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

This week, in the US, is the week that is traditionally one for giving thanks... Of course, in order to have a life of fullness and joy, giving thanks needs to be a daily occurrence, not one limited to just one day, or one weekend. This week, we focus on many aspects of gratitude, via The Endless Circle Of Grace.  We are reminded that "Kindness Matters -- So Does Appreciation, Respect, Listening, And Generosity" and also that "The Universe Rewards Us for Giving and for Gratitude". There is So Much to be Grateful For!, and Barbara Jaffe shares some examples and also provides a way to keep our focus on gratitude every day of the year.

Will T. Wilkinson introduces us to a fundamental identity shift in You Are Unique, Yet “You” Is Not Really “I,” It Is “We”. When we recognize the multitudes within our own self, we can then recognize those same multitudes in the individuals around us. And that's something to be really grateful for, as it opens a door to oneness, peace, and acceptance for all.

Wishing you wonderful Thanksgiving weekend whether or not you are celebrating the holiday. I encourage us us all to be grateful for our own journey and our willingness to create a better world, even when faced with the ups and downs of life, relationships, and perhaps health challenges. Remember to be grateful for the challenges as well as the blessings -- because in the long run, they are all blessings in one way or the other.

I am grateful for you, our reader, and I trust you are grateful for InnerSelf's presence in your life as well. (If you wish to show that gratitude in a physical way, you can follow the link for donations below. Thank you!)

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, and loving week.

With love and gratitude,

Marie T. Russell

Kindness Matters -- So Does Appreciation, Respect, Listening, And Generosity.

Written by Debra Landwehr Engle

Kindness Matters -- So Does Appreciation, Respect, Listening, And Generosity.

The relationship with your guides is equivalent in many ways to your relationships with other people. It is very important to express your gratitude daily. These two points are so important, I want to drive them home by sharing a not-so-comfortable experience of mine from a few years ago, when I had a major meltdown about money.
